We'll Take It From There

Our automated system compares your shipments to your carrier(s) guaranteed time commitments. We ensure your invoices are correctly billed. We file all claims with the carrier. All The refunds get credited back to you.  All of your credits are refunded by the carrier directly into your shipping accounts. If you don't save any money, you don't pay us anything. Zero. Nada. Zip. Nothing at all. But hurry! You only have 15 days to claim a refund for a service delivery failure.

How Do We Get Paid?

It's simple! We collect half of the refunds we get for you. There are no hidden fees, no sign-up fees and no monthly fees. We only make money after we generate savings for you and get the money you're owed returned to you. And don't worry this will not affect your relationship with FedEx and UPS in any way.

Don't try this at home, really.  We're the experts in generating shipping refunds.  If 10% of your shipments are late, you will have to manually audit 90% of the on time shipments to find the 10% that are late. If you've already paid for the shipment that was refunded, FedEx will either send you a check for the late refund amount, or if you paid by credit card, they will issue a credit back to your card. If you haven't paid for the shipment yet, you just pay the invoice, minus the amount of the refund.

UPS will issue you a credit to your next invoice. Our email notification(s) will include the invoice number(s) where each refund was credited.

We'll notify you of the full refund you'll receive or will be credited to your FedEx or UPS account. We don't take any portion of your refund, it goes straight to your account. We'll just invoice you each month for our portion.
 

Here's How You Can Track The Refunds We Generate For You

- Login to your fedex.com account, point your mouse at the “Manage” link and select “View/Pay Bills.”

- Then point your mouse at the “Search/Download” tab and select “New Search or Download.”

- On the right side of the page, select “Tracking ID” and enter the tracking number.

– Click “Search” and then click the link for the tracking number.

– Finally, click “view invoice history” and scroll to the bottom of the page to view the “Dispute and Adjustment History” table.

- Login to ups.com, point your mouse at the “My UPS” tab at the top of the page and select “Billing.”

- In the middle column, under “UPS Billing Center” select “Access”

- Select “View Invoice” then enter the UPS invoice # you want to view and click “Search.”

- Select the invoice, under “Service Refund” select “Guaranteed Service Refund-Call In”

- You will then see the refund(s) credited to that invoice.
